Mae arddangosiad cyffrous arall wedi cael ei ychwanegu at restr o berfformwyr Sioe Awyr Genedlaethol Cymru’r haf hwn.<\/p>\n

Mae Cyngor Abertawe bellach wedi cadarnhau y bydd y Mig-15 UTI yn hedfan uwchben Bae Abertawe yn ystod penwythnos 2 a 3 Gorffennaf.<\/p>\n

Mae’r awyren wedi’i phaentio a’i marcio fel Red 18 i gynrychioli MiG-15 y peilot a’r gofodwr Rwsiaidd Sofietaidd, Yuri Gagarin. Roedd Gagarin, y person cyntaf i fynd i’r gofod ym 1961, yn beilot awyrennau ymladd yn wreiddiol, ger ffin Rwsia \u00e2 Norwy.<\/p>\n

Mae’r MiG-15, sy’n gallu cyrraedd cyflymderau o dros 1,000km yr awr, bellach yn cael ei hedfan gan Sgwadron Awyr Hanesyddol Awyrlu Norwy. Defnyddiwyd yr awyren mewn rhyfeloedd gan gynnwys Rhyfel Corea ac argyfwng Camlas Suez.<\/p>\n

Mae Trade Centre Wales hefyd wedi penderfynu bod yn brif noddwr ar gyfer Sioe Awyr Genedlaethol Cymru.<\/p>\n

Meddai’r Cyng. Robert Francis-Davies, Aelod Cabinet Cyngor Abertawe dros Fenter, Datblygu ac Adfywio, “Mae Sioe Awyr Genedlaethol Cymru, y digwyddiad am ddim gorau o’i fath yn y wlad bellach ond tair wythnos i ffwrdd.<\/p>\n

“Mae gennym arddangosfa awyrennau gyffrous iawn ar eich cyfer eleni a bydd y MiG-15 yn ei wneud yn well byth. Mae’n bleser gennym hefyd gadarnhau a chroesawi the Trade Centre Wales fel prif noddwr y digwyddiad ar gyfer 2016.<\/p>\n

“Mae llwyth o waith yn digwydd y tu \u00f4l i’r llenni er mwyn trefnu digwyddiad o’r radd flaenaf o’r maint hwn ar gyfer preswylwyr lleol ac ymwelwyr \u00e2 Bae Abertawe. Sioe Awyr Genedlaethol Cymru yw un o brif ddigwyddiadau rhaglen digwyddiadau a gweithgareddau Joio Bae Abertawe. Mae’n newyddion gwych i bobl a busnesau Abertawe, gan helpu i ychwanegu miliynau o bunnoedd i’r economi leol dros un penwythnos yn unig.”<\/p>\n

Meddai Mark Bailey, Cadeirydd Trade Centre Wales, “Rwyf i a’r t\u00eem yn The Trade Centre Wales yn falch iawn o noddi Sioe Awyr Genedlaethol Cymru 2016. Mae’r digwyddiad yn cyd-fynd ag agoriad ein busnes blaenllaw newydd yng ngogledd Caerdydd ar yr A470 yr un penwythnos, ac rwy’n si\u0175r y bydd hyn yn ychwanegu at lwyddiant y busnes. Gyda’r digwyddiad yn gobeithio denu mwy na’r 170,000 a ddaeth y llynedd, mae’r Sioe Awyr yn darparu llwyfan gwych er mwyn hyrwyddo Bae Abertawe fel un o gyrchfannau arfordirol gorau’r DU.”<\/p>\n

Ymysg yr arddangosiadau eraill sydd eisoes wedi eu cadarnhau mae Cerddwyr Adenydd Breitling, T\u00eem Parasiwt y Tigers, The Red Arrows, yr Eurofighter Typhoon, T\u00eem Arddangos Bronco, Team Yakovlevs a Team Raven.<\/p>\n

Mae ap swyddogol SAGC16, sydd ar gael ar gyfer ffonau iPhone, Android a Windows ar gael o hyd ar gyfer y pris gostyngedig o \u00a31.49 tan hanner nos 20 Mehefin. Fe’i lansiwyd er mwyn rhoi’r newyddion diweddaraf i gefnogwyr y Sioe Awyr Genedlaethol am ddigwyddiad am ddim yr haf hwn.<\/p>\n

Mae’r ap yn cynnwys amserlen ddynamig o ddigwyddiadau a fydd yn cael ei diweddaru mewn amser go iawn ar ddiwrnodau’r sioe awyr gyda’r newyddion diweddaraf, gwybodaeth am yr arddangosfeydd awyrennau a thir, dolenni i ddigwyddiadau eraill a gwestai, yn ogystal \u00e2 manylion am gynigion arbennig a gostyngiadau oddi ar y pris ym mwytai Abertawe a digwyddiadau eraill.<\/p>\n

Mae adran cynigion arbennig sy’n cynnwys sawl taleb gostyngiad y gellir eu defnyddio mewn nifer o westai, bwytai ac atyniadau o amgylch Abertawe. Trwy brynu’r ap, bydd gwylwyr hefyd yn helpu i gynnal y Sioe Awyr yn flynyddol.<\/p>\n

Mae lleoedd ym meysydd parcio canol y ddinas yn llenwi’n gyflym oherwydd poblogrwydd y digwyddiad, felly mae hefyd yn bosib erbyn hyn gadw lle parcio premiwm yn y Rec. Another exciting display has been added to the line-up for this summer\u2019s Wales National Airshow.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Swansea Council has confirmed that the MiG-15 UTI will be flying in the skies above Swansea Bay during the weekend of 2 and 3 July.<\/p>\n

The aircraft is painted and marked as Red 18 to represent Russian-Soviet pilot and cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin\u2019s MiG-15. Gagarin, who in 1961 became the first human to journey into outer space, was originally a fighter pilot stationed close to Russia\u2019s border with Norway.<\/p>\n

The MiG 15, which can reach speeds of over 1,000 km\/h, is now flown by the Norwegian Air Force Historical Squadron. The plane was operational in conflicts including the Korean War and the Suez Canal crisis.<\/p>\n

Cllr Robert Francis-Davies, Swansea Council\u2019s Cabinet Member for Enterprise, Development and Regeneration, said: \u201cThe Wales National Airshow, the best free event of its kind in the country, is now just three weeks away.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have a really exciting air display lined up for this year and the addition of the MiG 15 enhances that even further. We\u2019re also delighted to confirm and welcome the Trade Centre Wales as the event\u2019s main sponsor for 2016.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a huge amount of work involved behind the scenes in organising a major of event of this scale in order to be able to deliver a truly world class event for local residents and visitors to Swansea Bay. The Wales National Airshow is one of the highlight events of the Enjoy Swansea Bay programme and is great news for Swansea people and Swansea businesses, helping pump millions of pounds into the local economy over the course of a single weekend.\u201d<\/p>\n
