Premium Parking
- The City & County of Swansea reserves the right to refuse admission to the holder if, in the reasonable opinion of the promoter, the holder of the ticket might be a risk to the safety of the audience and / or the holder and / or affect the enjoyment of the audience and / or the running of the event.
- The City & County of Swansea does not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to the holder or the holder’s property.
- If the event is cancelled, the holder as the holder’s sole remedy may ask that the City & County of Swansea refunds the face value of the ticket. This multiple display event is judged by reference to the overall theme rather than the individual displays scheduled to appear. Therefore if for unavoidable circumstances a scheduled display(s) is unable to perform but the City & County of Swansea continues to run the event, no refunds will be issued. Booking fees and postage costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.
- For the avoidance of doubt, if a Ticket holder chooses not to use a ticket no refund will be given.
- There are no vehicle re-admissions once leaving the car park.
- Car parks maybe located on greenfield sites and the ground may be uneven. There may be temporary roadways and ramps. Please take care when walking on and off the roads and ramps or crossing them in wheelchairs or children’s buggies.
- In the interest of fraud protection, no tickets will be replaced or ticket prices refunded if a ticket is forgotten, lost, stolen, defaced, damaged or otherwise unavailable.
- There may be an administration charge/booking fee for the issue of the tickets; this may be variable with each individual Box Office.
- No tickets may be resold, used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages without the written consent of the City & County of Swansea. Any tickets re-sold or transferred in such a manner will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry.
Programmes & Timetables
- Customers agree that they are purchasing a digital download of the latest event programme and will be sent a downloadable flying timetable approximately 3 days prior to the event taking place. The time table will include the most up-to-date information available but may be subject to change.
- Customers may be sent updates of the timetable over the weekend should significant changes take place.
- The times shown are approximate only and the City & County of Swansea advises the holder to arrive well in advance of the times shown in order to avoid disappointment arising from any change(s) to the times.
- Hard copies of the programme / timetable will be available for purchase on the weekend of the airshow.
- It is illegal to make copies, sell, distribute or promote in any way the timetable. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the publishing of display times via social media.
- By making a purchase via this website, customers also agree to be bound by the privacy policy.
General Terms & Conditions
- All displays, including military air assets are available subject to service requirements and all air displays are subject to suitable air conditions.
- In the interests of safety, please do not bring glass items, barbecues, candles or flaming torches.
- In the event of any breach of any of these conditions by the holder, the City & County of Swansea reserves the right to cancel this ticket and retain any money paid for it
- Ticket holders must comply with all directions given by event personnel and stewards whilst at the event.
- Ticket holders consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded and understand that photographs, films or recordings of ticket holders may be broadcast, published, licensed or used in perpetuity (without payment).
- Ticket holders agree that any personal images, videos, or sound recordings taken at the event may only be used for private and domestic purposes and cannot be used for any commercial purposes, whether on the internet or otherwise.
- The City & County of Swansea shall have the right to copy, make available and use any images, videos or audio recordings that Ticket holders create as seen fit, without having to make any payment or acknowledgment that the Ticket holder created that material.
- The City & County of Swansea reserves the right to make any alteration to the advertised schedule.
- Event attendees release the City & County of Swansea from any liability for any loss or damage to personal property that may be suffered in relation to the event. Except as required by law.
- Tickets may not be resold (including by way of auction) nor advertised for sale. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotion, fundraising or marketing purposes (including in competitions, contests and sweepstakes).
- Event attendees understand that the arrangements for the event may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of the organisers, which may result in the delay, postponement or cancellation of the event without notice. The City & County of Swansea shall have no liability to ticket holders in respect of such delay, postponement or cancellation.
- No commercial or promotional / advertising / marketing activity may be undertaken at or near the event.
- Event attendees may not engage in any activity which the organisers consider to be related to unauthorised marketing or advertising (this includes, for the avoidance of doubt, individual or group ambush marketing).
- The use of drones is strictly prohibited. The event will be taking place within restricted airspace, and as such usage of UAS’s, UAV’s and all other types of drones is against the law. Anyone found to be using drones will be stopped with equipment confiscated, and will be investigated and prosecuted by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority).
