After a record breaking event in 2016 – Wales’ biggest air show is set to return to Swansea Bay in July 2017!
The free Wales National Airshow will be returning to Swansea Bay on Saturday July 1 and Sunday July 2 2017. Breathtaking aerobatic displays, state-of-the-art military aircraft and vintage planes from the past thrilled over 200,000 visitors in Swansea Bay last summer.
Crowds were wowed by displays by the Red Arrows, the Eurofighter Typhoon, the Bronco Demo Team, Static Chinook, Team Yakovlevs, Team Raven, Tigers Parachute Display Team, Gerald Cooper, the MiG 15, BOBM, Sally B, the Autogyro, The Black Cats and Jet Provost. It was the first time the Air Show had been held on two consecutive summers and we feel it was the best ever! We’re looking to make 2017 even bigger with even more exciting air display teams and entertainment.
